Hi! I'm Lauren Fabrizi and I'm a sophomore Broadcast and Digital Journalism major in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. I'm from Fairfield, CT, and have lived there my entire life. In the future, I would like to start out reporting for a local news station back home. Ultimately, I would like to be behind the desk as an anchor. Last year, I contributed a few feature stories to the Daily Orange. Dance is a major part of my life as I have been practicing many forms, including ballet, lyrical, jazz, and tap, for fifteen years. I'm also a part of DanceWorks, the largest club-sport on campus. In my spare time, I enjoy choreographing and listening to music. Some of my favorite bands include the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and the Goo Goo Dolls. So I don't miss a beat, I check out this website. Aside from dance and music, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I'm also a big New York sports fan, and follow the Yankees, Giants, Rangers, and of course, Syracuse basketball. Go Orange! :)
